Just took my 2 year old and 4 month old twins for our first visit and needless to say, we loved it! The place is super clean (which during flu season is a Godsend) and very organized. I love that it's meant for 5 and under so we don't have to deal with a stampede of bigger kids. People complaining about this rule obviously haven't been to the downtown children's museum because it's basically the same rule. It's for safety. Read the website. It's repeatedly mentioned throughout.
The staff was absolutely wonderful. I didn't catch the older woman's name (I hate having to describe her that way but everyone else was younger than her) but my toddler loved her and kept smiling ear to ear when talking to her.
One tip though. In the infant area, maybe you could invest in some Bumbo seats so that the babies who cannot sit by themselves quite yet are able to get out of their carseats and enjoy the area. That's really my only "con." Carrying the carseats around wasn't very fun and it was a bit hectic. Totally isn't grounds for removing a star though! We had fun either way.

My 3 year old absolutely loves this place! If she could come everyday she would. We spend hours here playing and love how clean the facility itself is. Very spacious inside and plenty of room for all the activities. The owners and staff members are so nice and friendly. All around great money and time spent here prices are affordable and worth the cost.

I can't say enough positive things about this place. The attendants interact and engage your children all while keeping the place spotless. The snack bar is awesome, the owner is just a ray of sunshine and so welcoming. This has become our weekly spot for my three year old to get her wiggles out!
