        Was promised room with 2 queen beds and pull out sofa. Room has no sofa and 5th person coming today. Front desk said sorry nothing we vmcan do and gave us a free breakfast. Also disappointed in B-Lux restaurant. Thre of the eight burgers were made wrong. My wife's had to be made 3 times before right. My granddaughter left her retainer*our fault also(, but when we went back for it the manager apologized ad said it was gone..He said the bus boys saw it and threw it away. The hostess said no Brainerd, it was a retainer and who was dumb enough to throw it away. I just wonder if we would have forgotten diaper bag, would they have thrown that away also. I hope our next 3 days are better!
