        WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! After over 4 months my daughter finally got her car back! Which was absolutely ridiculous to take that long. And they kept saying it wasnt their fault. I ended up having to pay over $6400 out of pocket because the insurance messed up and sent an initial check to the wrong address. So the insurance said they could direct deposit it if we show theres a zero balance owed. Well I look at my paperwork and they never put that I paid. It still shows I owe all that money. Call and they tell me the car is my receipt! And now will not get me something that says I owe nothing. Because Im not being nice. Ummm no one else would be nice. Its been almost a week. I recommend this place to no one!!! They seem to have some very shady business practices and do not care about their customers.
