        Deal was made over phone and text. When I arrived everything was in order and ready. Took a test drive and came back. Assisted setting up the truck and Onstar. Had the truck cleaned and fueled for me. Very pleased with the service and all personnel were very friendly.

        Dave, Heather, and Caleb are so helpful and attentive. They had my car in and out for warranty work that needed to be redone after Firelands in Norwalk did it wrong. They even gave me a free loaner car. I will definitely be making Ken Ganley Buick GMC Sandusky me primary service center!

        Do Not go here, They lie..Said I was approved, then saod I meeded more down payment, then I got that, then they said they can't do anything after wasting a month of my time..so dissapointed..Really bad business..
