I love this daycare and so does my kids very clean neat and dependable. I can't believe it's a bad review for this daycare because I've literally had no problems with this daycare I'm actually shocked at how polite and kind the teachers are❤️ Literally no complaints💗

Idk who is running the show but this place always seems to be understaffed and I have probably blame management for this. If I could I would give them a big fat Zero!

At first this daycare was lovely. We never had any issues when Samantha was caring for our baby. Then after she left everything was disastrous. Our 8 month old baby was fed plates of food that an adult would eat and when I asked for him to be fed baby food(that I provided) I was assured that he was hand fed small bites (the videos showed otherwise). I also told them he was lactose sensitive and the next day they gave him yogurt. He came home with diaper rashes/ blisters and just in pain. I asked for his daily papers for weeks and at first was told they weren't provided to the caregivers, then when I re-addressed it I was given a sheet but everything that was verbally was told to me contradicted the sheet, then the following day was told she did not have time (she was overwhelmedand needed help).
The daycare switched owners to I believe gateway learning center and when I was made aware of the change I emailed them introducing myself and asking a few questions. On the day they took over (11 days after original email) I followed up on which I wastold they have a lot on their plate that morning they will get to me later that afternoon. That afternoon I was never provided with the information needed and we were called to pick up our son due to leasing issues. They have no details as to when they will start again and I have not heard a response as to when I can pick up his things. Also, when they changed over we were never given any details or new phone numbers. If there would have been an issue I would not have known who to call (the previous phone number want in use and they didn't tell us!).
I would be very leery of this facility because they do not follow the state guidelines or have proper communication.
