Watched one of the teachers(who is pregnant) at the park (jfk park in Reynoldsburg) with the children man handle a couple of the kids. Not a nurturing leader at all. One of the girls was afraid of a bee and was crying, the teacher yanked her by the arm and forced her to sit on a cooler which was next to the bees. Also she yanked a lunch box out of one of the childrens hands cause he was playing with it. Very saddened to see someone treat children like this, especially when their parents are trusting their child in this persons care. The entire situation was unprofessional and definitely could have been handled a different way.

Where do I start?. I know an employee that worked there recently and the experience she had was appalling .. Having a child whos in daycare and hearing the stories everyday about how the director runs this place is sorry. And I put director in quotes because it seems is though her staff is running things.
For starters, theyre VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Showing favor over employees and have no set rules and regulations for the teachers. There have been instances where children have been snatched up and talked down to and thats most likely why the centers name is A childs place I wouldnt recommend this job to a soul.
I understand you probably feel comfortable because you have employees that youve known for a number of years working in your center but there should be some professionalism and there is not .. A long with people who are patient with the children and actually like their job.
Last but not least , please do not try to say I never worked there , I dont know whats going on, we have no knowledge of those things happening exc exc because theres at least 4-5 other parents who would disagree with you. Just take accountability and these reviews as as a learning experience and do better.
