        I have had a horrible experience with this bank. I am in the process of switching to Huntington Bank and I can already tell they are way more competent of a bank. I dislike everything about first commonwealth. I've been a customer for a few years now and it has been nothing but disappointment. I will not be returning here or recommending this bank to anyone I know and I would suggest that you do some some research about their policies before you sign up. I think you will find that there are many other banks in the Powell/Dublin area that won't give you so much anxiety over banking. The overdraft policy is awful, the monthly fees are awful, the app/website is a pain to use, and the locations are so far away from where I live. The only positive thing I can think of is that the workers here are nice but that's about it.

        I’ve banked here for over 20 years and absolutely love this branch! Other branches are closer to my home, but I drive past them to come to this one. I’m always recommending this branch. They take care of my needs seamlessly and are very attentive. Always greeted with a smiling face!
