We applied for a heloc online. The person I was working with took a leave of absence, and I was transferred to another loan officer. He stopped returning my calls and emails. My wife went to our local branch, and the manager (Katie) said that time had run out and our loan had dropped from the system. She asked that we send her our information and she would process the loan. It has been over 2 months, and now Katie is not responding to emails or calls. Obviously, Key Bank does not want our business, and we will take it elsewhere.

Kattie should be fired from her job,she has no reason to be business manager at a bank which is a responsible job.

Worst customer experience of my life. The manager and her adjunct were completely unhelpful and threatening. They call it Key Bank but really its the Lost Key Bank, because I have lost all respect for this institution and its staff, especially this location. Worst bank in Delaware. -1/5

Trevor Jones at the Owenfield Dr, Powell branch will not return my call as promised. KeyBank automatically closed my account for suspected fraud, when I logged in from Texas. Customer service as a whole is useless and even Tola in the Executive office, who supposedly opened a case, to determine why my account was closed, has not returned my call in over 2 weeks. This is my worst experience with any US bank and to top it off, KeyBank will not return my initial $500 deposit, after they closed my account 6 weeks ago. All I hear is that the check is in the mail and how it is the fault of USPS, that I have not received my money, even though I did immediately receive multiple letters from KeyBank, when they closed my account.
