I've been with State Farm [for car insurance] during two different time periods in my life, and I've been with other insurance carriers, and I can confidently say that no other insurance company even closely compares to State Farm. Today I was adding another vehicle to my current policy and that is what prompted me leaving this review; I had the pleasure of speaking with Ryan, and he was extremely helpful! Their customer service is always above and beyond. Thank you, Ryan!! I wouldn't have a good reason to recommend any other insurance company, but I highly recommend State Farm.

This is the best insurance company around and there prices can't be beat. The staff is wonderful, kind, patient and courteous. They will find you the best value for auto, home, renters insurance.

On Dec 2, 2021, at truck pulling a trailer with a large metal structure that extended over the edge of the trailer struck the rear quarter panel and rear door of our car on the passenger side. I had never been in an accident when I was driving. So, I decided to ask Jane Chitwood', our State Farm agent, for advice. She reviewed the pictures I had taken, and the information about the accident. After she had reviewed everything; she picked up the phone and called the manager of their insurance company and got them processing the insurance claim. Jane didn't have to do that, but that is the kind of person she is. She has been great to work with for out rental insurance and our car insurance. She is not just a State Farm agent, she is a friend.
