Excellent customer service. Brooke was very kinda and made me feel comfortable talking about insurance. She let me know all my options and possible discounts, but never made me feel pressured to choose anything I was not comfortable with. Thanks again!

Brooke was absolutely amazing! I called into the office to ask why once I singed up my policy increased by $40 and was told it seems to be at the time my insurance was signed up the addresses were wrong, even though I provided the correct information. I spoke to Angie from the office who acted like I was incompetent to how insurance works, which I understand perfectly fine. The issue is that this agency overlooked an increases of $40 on my policy and I have not even made my second insurance payment. I advise EVERYONE does their research before signing any documents with this agency and ensure all of your information is inputted correctly. Sad to say within 2 weeks my opinion of this agency has changed so drastically.

Moved to Ohio and I noticed the reviews this agency had so we chose it. My family and I are so grateful we did, we got even better monthly rates with better coverage. Very thankful for Brooke Shrantz for helping us out and making the process easy and enjoyable.
