Luke, Tom, Sep and all the associates at Jared in North Olmsted gave us a World Class experience while purchasing our engagement ring. We cant wait to go back for our bands and monthly cleaning/inspections. They really made all the difference in making this experience even more unforgettable. Highly recommend.

I have been shopping at this Jared location for years and every time I do, the customer service is amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful, I always tell people to shop here for beautiful jewelry!

Luke did a great job at helping me find exactly what I needed at just the right price. Even though this is a large company, they still made it feel like a personal experience and like youre family. Highly recommend this Jareds to anyone who is looking for the best customer service experience!

READ BEFORE YOU GO IN TO SHOP HERE!!! My fiance and I went in yesterday to look for our wedding bands. I have never felt so uncomfortable and ignored at a place of BUSINESS in my life! We walked around the whole place and found what we liked. Most of the sales associates were helping other people when we came in so I get that. But by the time we looked and were ready to try on four FOUR sales associates walked right by us without saying a word and ran straight to other people that came in after us to help them. I even said excuse me as one man passed and he glared over his shoulder at me and mumbled "someone will be with you soon." And gave me a dismissive over the shoulder wave. The sad part is I told my fiance I didn't want to go into Jared's yesterday because we were just wearing running around clothes. He said it would be fine and that no one would notice. This is the most insane horrible experience I've ever had at a jewelry store. Disgusting! We took our business somewhere else, had an amazing associate and gave her the few thousand commission she deserved!
