Huge thank you to Dave and Mary! Dave is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and kind! His wife Mary is so sweet and helpful as well. What a blessing for this company to have them two working for them! I'd definitely recommend this store to anyone just because of them!

We will never shop at Jared again
We absolutely love the store and the jewelry but shame on them for using such a sleazy finance company being Comenity Bank. We paid off our promotional balance on a ring we bought and they applied our payment incorrectly and are now trying to charge us $3800 in charges and will not even talk to us on the phone. Plus not to mention they are charging us late fees and interest on those late fees. We now have to hire a lawyer and sue them to clear up the matter. Buyer beware of shopping at Jared and using their financing through Comenity Bank, they have hundreds of complaints on the Ohio Attorney Generals website and the BBB. What a bunch of crooks
