I have had great service at this Huntington Bank branch inside Giant Eagle Supermarket. I have needed personal documents notarized by a notary public and every time I come here the following has happened:
1. There is actually a notary public available and ready, willing and able to notarize documents promptly and efficiently. I say this because the UPS Store in this shopping plaza advertises that they have notary services but the notary public is never there when you go in and the staff there tells me to go Huntington Bank inside Giant Eagle. So, now, I don’t even bother with the UPS store for notary public services.
2. The staff at Huntington Bank has always been friendly, polite and has provided great customer service which is getting very difficult to find so many places these days.

Super disappointing customer service. Have been to multiple other locations without issue. Will not be coming back to this location for any reason whatsoever!!
