Bob Evans Restaurant

I placed my pick up order 50 minutes ago, was told it would be ready 15 minutes ago, arrived a bit early was told it would be out in just a few minutes now 20 minutes later still not out. Called again, told them I had an appointment, told they were busy.. I guess my 47.00 order, plus 7.00 tip was too much since 5 other customers with smaller orders was more important. Over an hour now...Powell ohio, great a dkids late for class.

Went to Cuyahoga Falls, Oh location - no acknowledgement for over 5 minutes then waited to be seated - ignored for almost ten minutes - 3 servers saw us sitting there! Manager was called and offered to take our order! Not the first time this has happened - actually the third time!! Wow very poor service since they reopened after a fire.

I rarely go to Bob Evans in Maysville Kentucky and now I remember why. I feel bad because I’m getting a cold. My daughter was kind enough to offer to Bring me some chicken noodle soup from Bob Evans. Boy it sounded good. She had to wait about 30 minutes to pick up her order. She got it and brought it to me. She got her salad but my soup was nowhere to be found. She got back in her car and went back after the soup. She called before she left my house to let them know she was coming back after the soup that they did not bag up. She has been waiting in the restaurant for 30 minutes on SOUP! The staff was not apologetic at all and didn’t even offer a dinner roll for free for her trouble I will NEVER go back! This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with our restaurant

Went to the Bob Evans on Central Avenue in Toledo, Ohio on today for Curbside Pickup! Paid for a grilled cheese platter. Got home……there were no silverware, napkins or condiments in the bag and the young guy got a tip for curbside. Went to reheat my sandwich had to pull it apart because they didn’t bother to cut it in half. Was livid at one slice of unmelted cheese sitting on the bread which was bigger then a regular size piece of bread. Drove all the way back and asked for a manager. Her first response was “ oh it didn’t cook all the way we will put it back on the grill.” Are you serious? Where is the rest of the cheese? She tells me they only serve kid’s size. I explained I was there a couple weeks ago and got a adult size full of cheese. She looked in the computer and found out they do serve adult size. I got my money back and lost the tip money they should never have been given. She was nice but found out she was not the manager but filling in for the manager. I came home and made a big post about it on my Facebook page. STAY AWAY from that Bob Evans on Central in Toledo. They need to close down.!!!!!!
