I absolutely can't say enough wonderful things about the entire staff. Everyone was welcoming and kind from the receptionist to the dentist herself. I have always had horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist and today for the first time my dental experience was painless, the staff was kind and reassuring and I'll have absolutely no problems going back.

if i could give zero stars i would. after seeing how this place is run, i wouldnt even take my dog there. i would elaborate more but im
not wasting anymore of my time with bright now dental .

Everyone here was wonderful, except the dentist. She is so rude, inconsiderate, and hurtful. No bedside manner. Called me a crybaby even.
She did no pain meds which i guess is normal for a debridement. Im in pain and starting to get massive anxiety from how shes treating me. Then she just stops. Her assistant finally advocates for me to get Novocain and she stops and shes shes got no time. I literally left with the job half done crying. I wont be coming back

TLDR: Dr. Chane is wonderful aside from being insanely overbooked. Staff are absolutely awful, rude, and incompetent.
Honestly heartbroken by how horrible the staff has become. I have been a patient here for many years. At the beginning, the front desk staff was kind, we would chat during check-in, and everyone was competent at their jobs. Now, the staff has no idea what they're doing. Constantly having billing issues and being charged for things we shouldn't be. I absolutely love Dr. Chane and never want to have to go to a different doctor. But I can't continue going to this office and then being incorrectly informed of charges and/or incorrectly billed. The front desk staff is rude. Openly mocks me and complains about having to deal with me because I have to double check that things are actually being billed correctly for my partner and I. Even tried speaking with the manager to find an agreement for these charges. After weeks of leaving messages, I finally reached her just to be told she was unwilling to give any kind of discount or assistance for these charges. When I tried to communicate that I didn't find that to be an acceptable answer, I was told that she needed to get off the phone with me, now. I asked to speak with her boss and was told she would give me a call. I won't hold my breath... Regardless, she said her boss won't give me a discount because that would be using her own money. Nice to know how they value patients who have spent thousands of dollars on their services over a period of over 6 years. I tried sticking around for Dr. Chane because I love her and I have horrible anxiety seeing anyone else. But I can't afford to keep seeing her anymore with this office staff. :( Nor should I accept care from staff that thinks it's okay to bad-mouth me to each other in front of and TO my partner. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I broke a tooth. My former Dental Clinic no longer takes Liberty Dental from Anthem!
Bright Now is an in network provider and got me in for an emergency exam right away!
I have a more comprehensive exam and treatment scheduled in 2 days! Thanks to Dr. Chane and the Bright Now staff for your concern when other in network providers wanted to delay my care. You concern and care are appreciated muchly!
