NASTY BUSINESS. INTERNAL STAFF THIEFT ON RENTERS. WILL STEAL FROM YOUR APARTMENT WHILE YOU ARE AT WORK EARNING YOUR KEEP. WILL NOT ADDRESS IMPORTANT ISSUES UNTIL YOU ARE NEARLY MOVING OUT OF THE APARTMENT. BUT, WE HAVE VIDEO EVEN THOUGH THEY DISCONNECTED THE INTERNET. YALL WERE TOO SLOW. SLOPPY INSIDE JOB. CANT WAIT FOR JUSTICE!! P.S. IF YOU DO MOVE HERE PUT A SMALL CAMERA IN THE STAIRWELL NEAREST TO YOU AND DROP AN AIR TAG IN YOUR ELECTRONICS. P.P.S. YOU CAN THANK AT&T FOR THE ALERTS AND THE FREEZE FRAMES.

Terrible maintenance! I called to have the wood underneath my sink replaced. Instead of just replacing the wood, the maintenance worker removed my brand new garbage disposal! Then he lied to my face and said it was leaking from the cord. I had a plastic garbage covering under my entire sink since the disposal was replaced, which has remained dry ever since. The maintenance workers simply wanted paid for extra work that wasn't necessary. This has now resulted in a completely new leak at the shut off valve that's now damaging the newly and poorly installed wood. I also asked for the latch for my showers access panel to be fixed rather than screwed shut. Reasons being because it's not correct and not long ago the hot water was leaking in my shower. I called emergency maintenance and instead of coming to fix the problem they asked me to shut the water off myself. Upon going into the service panel after locating a tool to do so I noticed the handle for the hot water shut off valve was completely broken off. So I had to locate some pliers to try to turn what was left so that my hot water would stop leaking because it was making my apartment very humid. After trying to shut off the hot water using the pliers the shut off valve began leaking. At the point I called maintenance back and they finally came out. Mind you many hours have passed since I called. I was even nice enough to empty my closet for the worker before going out to eat. I also had to work a 12 hour shift at 6am the following morning. Oh also there is a analog TV cable wrapped around the copper piping that is causing obvious corrosion issues. Here are some picture because I'm sure this sounds unbelievable.
