        John was my maintenance person today who came within 24 hours to replace several vertical blinds in my living room. He was very friendly, respectful and courteous, and he even offered to remove his shoes without my having to ask him. I am a resident of the North Building here, and I love the amount of space that I have within my suite, also how quiet it is within the hallway. I have lived here since 2020 upon my relocation back to Ohio from Arizona, plus I love that I'm close to everything.
