If you expect a work environment where your told the truth this isn't the place for you. I was told I would be on 3rd shift with a week's training on 1st shift. I told them my wife has health issues and that's why I needed 3rd shift. They kept me on 1st shift for over a month and fired me for missing days due to her health.

Forced to work alot of overtime so you no life, same as the people running the place, who could care less about any employee!! Your a number!! Well over a third of the workforce has Quit in the last year and again they could care less. The owners shrug their shoulders and say, you'll have that!! Lmmfao they don't see a problem even after some employee's tried to get a union organized. But after being screamed at , threatened to close the doors, and having a group come in and tell everyone how bad Union's are and scaring the people desperate for money and needing to work the excessive mandatory hours, scared most to vote no so they could get back to messing with and screwing people over at will!!!! I'm sure it was worth the million they spent!! Their motto is, u don't like it there's the door!! Which is their open door policy they preach they have as well... lso with the mandatory 10,11,12 hour shifts you get a generous 1/2 hr lunch ONLY. NO BREAKS!! 1 minute late clocking in gets you a violation and u have to work an extra 1/2 hr to make up your minute!! This all certainly in my opinion!! But is the total truth in my opinion!! You have to put this . There's sooooo sooooo soooo much more but I will leave you with this. There is sooo much more out there and much better money and treatment to be had!!! Dont waste your life away there as soooo many have!! In my opinion

Great place to work if your looking for 55+ hours per week. A lot of politics though.
