        Redi mix plants seem to focus on large commercial projects and try to fit the little guys in when they can. It makes it hard to earn a living. These guys are not as rude as most but still customer service is very low on their radar.

        I ordered concrete a week before even called 2 days before delivery date to confirm and according to John everything was set to go! Now the day of at 9:48 Im calling because truck was supposed to arrive at 9:00 and still nothing. I called to see what was going on, John no answer, Kevin answered and told me there is nothing for you sorry and find a new company, I have 6 men waiting to pour which I will have to pay them, and now I have to loose money from my pocket because of their unprofessional work! I live in maumee myself so will be going to the courthouse to at least attempt to recuperate the money Im loosing! Its not the workers fault Williams concrete company are not professional!
