        Giving a one star because Mini Storage wouldn't refund a month's rent because I paid through November. I bought a house and didn't need storage anymore. Careful, they'll steal from you.

        Dont get me wrong, it's a nice facility and easily accessible. The reason for the rating is the fact that the bathrooms have been down ever since I started storing here, and they raised my rent 12.5% without any communication.

Regarding the public bathroom access, they are closed after office hours, but they are accessible during office hours for your convenience.
