Mary & I could not be more satisfied & pleased with the entire experience we just had w/IC Roofing. From the initial contact I made to the company, to the first appointment where Matt & Will came out, to the final choice of shingles (wife's final decision, understandably:)...to the day the work crew began early a.m. & worked all day to complete the project in one day! Best bid of the handful of bids we sought out. We were due to replace the roof on our home, so we began our search for who might do it. IC was an easy choice for us. They deliver on their word, and the finished product is outstanding. We would highly recommend IC Roofing to anyone looking to do a roofing job, commercial or residential! Service: Roof installation

I worked with Matt for a roof replacement on our house and he was excellent. Throughout the entire experience they had superior communication in comparison with just about any contracting service I've ever used. Which is incredibly rare and important to me. Continually followed up with me and made sure they were explaining every detail. When I had to get ahold of them they answered promptly and in multiple forms of communication (email, text, call) They got us scheduled quickly and knocked out the work in one day The prices were considerably better than other companies we got quoted and the quality of work is top notch. Would highly recommend to anyone needing roofing work done.

Well to say we didnt run in to some bumps half way through the job would be an understatement and I think there was fault on both parties however they worked to make their end right and so did I. We came together and it ended fair for both parties. After everything ended I wasnt planning on leaving a review bc I didnt have much to say i was just glad to have the work done but after my most recent experience ( about 8-9 months later) I wanted to share with everyone. I had an issue with my roof tiles peeling up on the edges. I sent them a message and they responded quickly and honored their work and fixed my issues quickly. To me that says a lot about any company. They cared about me in the same manner as they did before they got my business and that should make any potential customer feel at ease. Even after our issues they came quickly and I couldn't go any longer without sharing that. Good company, honorable, and quick to respond after the work is completed (if you have an issue) I would give them a shot if I needed another roof. Overall a 4.5 star from me. I chose IC Roofing to replace my roof last year. I chose a hometown company to fix my roof and keep the funds local because of the "pandemic". Huge mistake! They played us. Before I called IC my garage had a leaky roof and my house was fine. After their instillation, my house roof leaks and my garage is bone dry. I reported the issue and a smaller crew came to fix the leak. It still leaks. Communication broke down after that. I'm upset with my judgement because I read a review IC has problems with their post-instillation. They plugged a tool into a socket inside the house and the wind broke my door. They acknowledged it and told my elderly Auntie, oh don't worry we'll be back to fix it. Sales: Good. Installation: Great team, but missed the mark. Post-Instillation: Shoddy. If you are looking for a roofer this is NOT the place to hire. Save your time, money, and grief. I do not recommend. I highly recommend karma. Service: Roof installation
