Sunrise Exteriors was very responsive and professional. Quality of work was beyond what I expected and worked directly with my insurance company for code upgrades and have continued to do so for storm/wind damage to my siding. Word crew was diligent with their quality of work and clean-up was beyond believable. Everything was picked up from pieces of shingles, nails, leaves off the roof, gutters, and back deck. Sunrise will be my first call in the future for any exterior quotes and work. Services: Roof installation, Storm/wind damage roof repair

The entire team was extremely professional and helped out on all aspects of getting my entire roof replaced. They did this in a timely manner and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for any work on the home exterior.

The initial contact was great however once the work started things quickly went downhill. My yard and driveway were left in horrible condition. Flowers, trees and bushes were destroyed, a landscaping wall was damaged, hundreds of nails were left in my driveway and yard and trash was everywhere. Carriage lights on the garage and house were able initially reinstalled upside down and several pieces of trim were not installed at all. When I called to complain, whoever I talked to, Shane, Alex or Maurice, would blame each other so I started coping all 3 of them during my correspondence. Each time I was asked for payment even though they knew and had communicated with my insurance company that I had not received final payment. When they returned the first time to correct the lights, they used drywall screws because they lost the original bolts, screws and hardware. The next day the lights fell off the house. It took 3 additional visits and calls for them to fix the trim on the back windows and they never finished the trim around 3 of my arched windows. They at first claimed they couldn’t find curved trim in the same color as the rest of the j channel. I found some with a quick Google search. They wanted me to buy it and they would install it. When I told them no that it was their job and that I wouldn’t know how much to order anyway they then claimed they couldn’t find the exact color and wanted to paint it to match. Painting vinyl siding would not have lasted nor matched. I asked them repeatedly why they didn’t check on or order the flexible j- channel with the initial siding especially since they had been to my house, seen and walked under at least one of the arched windows at least 4 times before beginning the project. They had no answer but continued to ask for final payment. I also made them aware that every outside wall was hit so hard that I had nail pops on every wall, a TV was knocked off the wall and destroyed, and a closet organizer system was knocked off the wall. For all of this damage and inconvenience my $17,500 bill was reduced $433.34 and my insurance company notified me that this company submitted a final settlement of over $25,000, which they were going to investigate. I finally told them that even though they had not finished the work, I would pay them and finish it myself. I am still picking up trash 2 months later. Lastly they had the nerve to post pictures of my house on their website without my authorization. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
