My wife and got married June 13 2021, We went down here to buy flowers, we ordered a bootenure and a bouquet ,we stopped a day before our wedding,to pick up our flowers and the color of the flowers we're totally wrong,my wife ordered pink roses and they gave us white, the owner did not offer a partial refund or anything, but said I guess I could give you 10% off your next order, she made it said like we did not now what we were saying. My wife was upset, since it was our wedding. We will never stop there ever again and would rather drive out of our way and get better customer service.

We moved into the area recently and I visited Ketchum's to buy flowers for my wife. The flowers were fresh and my wife loved them! Very friendly and reasonably priced, a locally owned small business. Thanks, Ketchum's! I will be back. : )

I live in NC. My daughter lives in Lisbon. Unfortunately Covid-19 put a kibosh on her having the huge wedding her husband wanted. I called Ketchum's to get a bouquet delivered for my daughter's impromptu wedding. The attention to detail and the freshness of the flowers was beyond my expectations. Thank you for helping to make my daughter's day special!
