    At first Tammy was great for my wedding. Then she became unresponsive. She had a series of personal issues, and since my now husband has cancer, I understood. However after a March meeting, I never got a revised estimate until June, three months before my wedding. It was still incorrect. The designer she had step in didn’t remember any detail of the two plus hour meeting we had. It was impossible to get any prompt response from them so impossible to budget. I didn’t feel confident they could fulfill my needs so decided to only get my rentals through them, which was always presented as an option from the beginning. Now based on my total guests I’m owed a refund of close to $400. I was promised the check two months ago and haven’t received it or a response to my inquires. My husband is on chemo with Stage IV cancer and is losing his job but this business is keeping our $400 from us. Shameful.

    If a 0 rating was possible, I would give one. Very unresponsive, canceled multiple meetings we had arranged or showed up late. She had some personal problems going on at the time so at first we were very understanding until things continued to happen. We had our final meeting scheduled she never showed up. I called her 15 minutes after our meet time and she said her assistant was there waiting for me, Just never opened the shop up. She had literally texted pictures of my file to her assistant 5 minutes before our meeting so she clearly had no idea what we even wanted. I felt so bad for this girl. I walked out in the middle of the meeting in tears because nothing was done as promised. She had agreed to make us samples for our final meeting and of course there were none. I absolutely will never EVER step foot in this place again. Brides, be aware..you don’t deserve this stress.

    Brides BEWARE! I hate to be the person to do this, but I feel like I should warn other brides how rough my experience with this florist was. Budget is not an issue in this case as I spent $3,400 and received mediocre decor. For the church I wanted 2 big barrels with big floral arrangements in them and the day before the wedding I got a text message stating she no longer had the barrels for this. I also had my heart set on trumpet vases for my tall centerpieces which I was told 2 days prior to the wedding she did not have either. The Pughs were supposed to have a big bushel of babies breath with a coral bow and it looked horrible. It had the smallest amount of babies breath with a white bow. My bouquet was nothing like the picture I had given her. I was missing a wooden table number for one of my tables so they put a paper table number and it looked horrible!! My mother and grandmother wrist arrangements were all plain and the same color even though I told her their dress colors weeks prior to! Communication is a huge issue with this company. I had to practically beg to schedule any of my meetings with them and each time it was a different person! Leann is the only positive person I have experienced my entire time with them. Another positive thing I can say is the ballroom centerpieces were nicely done. But other than that this has been a nightmare and I would not recommend anyone waste their money on this florist you don't want the added stress! Then she promised to refund the barrels she did NOT provide! I paid $125 a piece for them ($250) and she only gave me $50 back! Absolutely horrible to do business with!
