I called in from out of state and asked for Family Florist to put together a bouquet for my sister's birthday, and they gave a bouquet as I described. My sister loved it! Lovely people, very accomodating! They even knew where my sister lived, and described her house to me. Try to beat that.

I am never disappointed in what I order from here to give to my mom on special occasions. She is always so happy with the beautiful flower arrangements. This time she received one in the shape of a birthday cake for her 92nd birthday. She was surprised and happy with it. Thank you so much.

I ordered a flower arrangement from Family Florist for my mother for Mother's Day. The flower arrangement I ordered was the "Purple Presence Bouquet" which includes "lavender roses, purple stock, lavender Peruvian Lilies, purple statice, and lush greens" and is "presented in a modern purple glass vase." What my mother received was very different. It did not seem to include the Peruvian Lilies at all, had yellow/white roses, a gold/silver vase rather than the purple one, and seems to be less full than the original picture. I reached out to the florist who told me the virus is preventing them from receiving many of their shipments, which I completely understand. However, she also told me the roses were pinkish/white and the vase had a purple tint which it does not. I also asked about the Peruvian Lilies because they seem to be completely missing and she didn't ever answer me about that. I paid $50 for this and I understand that on their website it says that if they run out of something, they will replace it with something else. But it also says "the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved" which did not happen. This bouquet is entitled "Purple Presence." The color scheme was absolutely not preserved, the vase is not purple in any way, other than a purple removable ribbon, and the flowers that are supposed to be only pink and purple have yellow in them. My mom's favorite colors are purple and pink (which is why I thought this would be a perfect bouquet for her) and her least favorite color is yellow. I understand that things are difficult with the virus, but this is not what I ordered and a simple phone call would have been appreciated so I would not have to be surprised with this. Especially since I paid for a completely different bouquet.
I am giving them at least a two star review because they did deliver on the day they said they could and my mother did receive something, even though it is very different from what I ordered.
