      image Ordered funeral flowers from family in Florida and was told they didnt have the basket but was told they could make it comparable in a vase but arrangement was half the flowers and none of the flowers that were shown only cheap flowers no roses ,chrysanthemums or lilies as shown in our order !! Very disappointed !! Addendum: I am very happy with the outcome of my concerns which this company responded. It is vitally important to make your customer happy if the complaint is valid. Thank you for this!

      image Picked out a dozen roses from the cooler for my lady but when I received the arrangement the flowers were fully opened and you could tell not much life left in them. Basically they did a bait and switch on me. I don't recommend them at all and will never be back.
