It is well kept and clean when you enter. Obvious that it needs a little bit of some paint in certain places but what large building doesnt? The back area has a pond that is minimally kept. I wouldnt find any solace walking around it at all. Parking lot is having the same problems as any big parking lots to do with cracks and potholes might be a good time for them to update that.

Sitting in a waiting area, all staff in the reception area are talking about patients and what they need and what is going on, I heard a patient name and what is going on why they are being seen. So very unprofessional, windows open and full details being revealed to the four people sitting in waiting room!

The hospital was clean the staff was rude. my son was disoriented and dizzy like motion sickness puking having a hard time. they didnt even offer a chair to sit down. I had to get one for him once I parked an came in the building. seen him holding onto the desk the secretary or whatever she was uncaring unprofessional. that started it off then we go back quickly. thank god which was great I have to admit, but the older nurse was unprofessional rude sarcastic. I tried to explain he was so dizzy he couldnt even look at his phone to text home it was making him nauseous. she made a smart remark poooor thing couldnt even look at his phone. no I was trying to explain to you how dizzy he was how bad he was feeling he is not a child hes a grown man this isnt funny . he dont go to doctors because of ppl like you and your rude behavior. something is obviously wrong you see hes covered in mud you see hes gagging pale shaking but hes pushed thru a whole days work to come in there and be treated some sorta way by someone who gets paid to help ppl. she didnt come back to the room thank god I guess she seen I was getting upset and if it was her son she would of probably been upset too idk anyway doctor came in must have talked to nurse so he was unprofessional and rude as well. cut me off mid sentence. my son was having issues he couldnt explain clearly what was going on with his body. clearly disoriented to me so I tried to help him explain to rude doctor who was treating him like it was all in his head he absolutely had anxiety coming in there and you didnt help matters with your condescending attitude once he got fluids he was better he was most likely dehydrated hes not one to just come to a hospital but you did way more talking then listening and had the nerve to tell me I wasnt being helpful guess what rude doctor I know my son I was trying to be helpful he needed help we had to make him get in the car and go there last night and when we left he said mom this is why I hate going to doctors they look at me and think Im some sort of drug seeker or something they dont listen he never asked you for anything I asked you to give him some fluids he just wanted you to tell him he was going to be ok and why this was happening to him you failed.!! Im sure he will get some sorta outrageous bill from you to top it all off!! Well two good ppl out of the whole bunch there that we encountered the nurse that took over gave him fluids she was nice and helpful I wish I would have got her name the Emt guy that came in and turned the IV alarm off that just kept beeping as a bunch of them sat right across the hall I opened up the door finally then he came in and turned it off had me so aggravated I said Id rather go to Miami valley in Dayton then ever step foot in that hospital again shame on you rude hypocrites how dare you look down your noses at other ppl if I wasnt a god fearing woman I would smacked them sarcastic looks right off your faces and raised ten kinds of hell up in there but I will surely let everyone know our experience doctors and nurses I hope you read this and check yourselves ppl that come there do not want to be there but they need help you get paid to help not judge do your dam jobs and treat ppl right or get another profession and thats all I have to say about that
