I've received excellent care from Dr. Dulan and staff. He is thorough and engaged during exam. My previous PCP was not interested in diagnosing, he wanted to chat about current events. I have convinced family members to switch and they're extremely happy as well.

I don't appreciate the fact that they forgot to give me my prescription slip. They called me 30 min after appointment to tell me to come pick it up, I live in Fairfield I wasn't going to drive all the way back to Lebanon. Instead of sending it to my pharmacy properly they faxed it to them, which delayed my refill till 3 days after my appointment. I called my pharmacy and due to the fax (which I learned after the fact wasn't legal with schedule 2 substance to send a fax for refill). My pharmacy got them to fix it, I feel they helped more with situation than my own providers office. I feel as though the trip to and from my appointment was a complete waste because I had to myself get the situation handled, not to mention I live 24 miles from the office.

We have the best care here! From the call to schedule, to the friendly and smiling faces at the front desk, we have seen every provider here..Myself, husband and all 5 of our kids all are seen here and we wouldnt change a thing! Office is always clean and smells good, staff is always friendly and well dressed, everyone is kid friendly and very professional- but also very easy to talk to. The providers always take the time to listen to your concerns and make sure to address them all before you leave!! Would highly reccomend to anyone!! Tha k you all!!
