Schear Luxury Pet Resorts

I took my dogs there 2 times before and it was great. I took them in again and they were able to take them in without an appointment which was great. However, the grooming quality was not even close to what it had been before. Choppiness, unevenly shaved spots and more. We got charged quite a bit, with extra charges for nails and what not but their nails were not even cut. It used to be great but definitely missed the mark.

Took our dogs to be bathed and groomed today. This was their second and last time there. The first time was great. However, due to staff changes, today was below deplorable. One was poorly groomed and bathed and the other one could have been groomed better by a small child. Both came home and instantaneously had diarrhea and were very lethargic. Please do your homework before taking your dogs here a second time.

Took our precious little trouble makers there yesterday…PAWSOME job, Sarah! 🐕 They are so soft, manicured, and groomed!!! We were worried about having them groomed because they are just now 1 yr olds…and, we only had it done 1 other time, but was definitely disappointed in the groomer for following our request on how we wanted them to look, and they didn’t seem as friendly/caring as I’d expected…but, Shear Luxury had our confidence from our initial phone call, to meeting them, to the finished product!! ❤️ They did an amazing job! Thank you Sarah and Patricia for take such gentle care of our babies!! ❤️ looking forward to seeing you again! Highly recommended Schear Luxury!
