I absolutely love this salon! Everyone is so friendly and theyre really in it for the love of animals. Cassie is a treasure and came through for me during my 11th hour. My senior girl was about to go into a pretty serious surgery and we wanted to get some photos done with her last minute. Cassie opened her doggo loving arms and had my girl looking so gorgey for our photos. I will always bring my babies here to get pampered!

New to Dayton so tried this groomer. I have a fluff ball off labradoodle and get her groomed regularly and wanted my girl to be clean and fluffy for the holidays. The groomer refused to groom her because she said she would have to shave her completely down and I wouldnt like the result. Sugar is 12 and has been groomed her whole life. She has very very minor matting on her behindI have taken her in like this in the past and never been told she had to be shaved down. I agreed to the shave because I want her to feel fresh for Xmas but the groomer refused. I have never written a negative review to a business or service but this experience was shocking to me.

I am blown away at their service! I called yesterday after realizing I can no longer cut my cats nails safely. They got me in the next morning (this morning) for a nail trim! The staff was extremely friendly and I felt no qualms about leaving my cat with them. We were in and out within 5 minutes! His nails look great and he seems much more comfortable now. Thank you!!

Very nice, clean, well-kept place. The lobby area is decorated super cute. Everyone has been super nice when I bring in Daisy to have her nails done.
