Took over 4 weeks to complete the siding on our house. Then after just 1.5 weeks after completion, our siding began to buckle, warp, and fall off the house. They were contacted immediately, and we were told that someone would be over to fix it right away. This was a month ago now, and we have been told repeatedly that someone would be here in a few days. The last time we spoke with the office, they said that the siding person that did the work is no longer answering his phone calls from them. Meanwhile, more sections of siding are beginning to fall with no follow up or help from the company regardless of their warranty

Had a nightmare of an insurance claim with a roof. Riverbrook helped me handle insurance and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. I cannot say enough good things about the company! From the sales pitch to the office and to the roofers themselves, everyone was professional and completed exceptional work! My roof was a complete tear off Cedar shake, multiple other companies told me they wouldnt even touch it. They not only completed the tear off, but placed an amazing brand new roof! Work was completed in two days. Then once complete they cleaned up very well! They even went as far as to going through the yard a few times with a magnet to get up all the nails. This was VERY important to me! Cannot wait to be a return customer of theirs very soon!

The salesman Rob is friendly, seems knowledgeable, but is long winded. I feel he could've did his job in half the time when he was giving his pitch. I was happy with the siding job they did for me...at first. The quality of work was good (update...subpar after a few seasons of expanding and contracting) except for a few minor issues that seemed correctable. Problem is, they haven't come back out after giving me multiple different dates they would be back out over a 6 week period in the summer. Now we're in the winter, and one of the issues is turning into an even bigger issue because it was not addressed in time. Time management and organizational management are terrible. Responsiveness not good at all. They say they'll come back or or get back to you and never do. Seems to be a common issue with the reviews. Do not use this company and if you do, do not agree to pay until the job is complete to your satisfaction. I'm considering contacting the BBB at this point as this company will tell me they're coming back out, but never does. ***Update, I should thank this company for forcing me to learn how to repair siding myself. In the near two years since they've completed my siding job, siding pops off in different areas of the house as the weather changes, because they hung the siding too tight. When they came out to repair, they were there for 20 minutes. They couldn't wait to get out of there. So I couldn't recommend any more strongly against using this company for any of your home projects.
