I knew right from the start that when Terry came out to assess my basement problem, I was dealing with an experienced and knowledgeable company. Everett was ever patient in scheduling my project. I really got more than I bargained for when the work crew came out. I could tell right off bat these guys were the A-team. Samuel, Mark, and Duffey were quite focused and professional throughout. The team leader made sure to give me periodic updates where progress was concerned. He always gave me heads up a half hour before they even arrived. My mind is now at ease with the foundation of my home, unlike my next-door neighbor who made the mistake in choosing another company. Toledo Basement Repair is the only way to go to get your home foundation and repair matters handled properly.

Work to be done was an egress window cut out snd installed for my basement, which has poured concrete walls. To start, my quote was for a galvanized well with a 2 toned marvin window. Dark bronze exterior and white interior. A little over 2 months goes by and I get a phone call saying that they received the wrong window and it was all white. It would take another 4 to 6 weeks to have the right window reordered. I couldn't wait another 2 months so I gave the ok to install the white window with the option from the production manager if I didn't like it that they would reorder the tight window and reinstall it at a later date. They came out, dug the hole which took them all day to dig a 8ft hole with an excavator. The following day it took them all day to cut the hole in the concrete wall and left. Mind you they forget the concrete saw to even do it that day. Left the wall cut over night with impending rain. Pulled the wall out the following day, installed the window and told me the window was installed and left with a half day remaining on a Friday. Window was completely crooked and not level, The following Tuesday they came out pulled the window banged on it for awhile and reinstalled it and still not installed appropriately. Installed the egress well with plastic still on the well itself. All of this took about 6 days. I've tried 3 different times and sent 2 emails to the company and still jave not received a phone call back from a supervisor or manager of some sort from the company about the poor install. Plenty of pictures to post from start to finish or so called finished. UPDATE: Finally they sent the A team to fix the job. Initially was told they would have to dig up the whole well system to pull the window. but Brian came back and gave me another option of cutting the exterior trim down the middle to pull the window for a 3rd time to fix the issue. Window was reinstalled level and slides smoothly finally. Exterior trim was put back in place and caulked. Still not an A+ job and what I expected, but Briam was very professional about getting the job corrected with what he was given.
