        I asked for coffee light cream. And they handed me cold coffee all cream (probably why it was cold) with the cup looking like this. Not to mention that my breakfast sandwich fell on the floor because the bag was not sealed on either side and I did not realize that when I picked it up. This is the worst location in Toledo.

        I was the 4th car in line, didn't get to the window for 13min, when I got there they asked what was usually in my drink!? They 'werent sure if it usually came with...' - and it's a normal drink!! Whole visit took 18min.
