        The customer service was out of this world unbelievable. Top notch. Whoever is the manager there, should be considered for a promotion to some sort of traveling corporate trainer.

        Had a caramel cappuccino and a coffee cake muffin - both were yummy. Both people behind the counter were very friendly. Will come back when in the area.

        Ive been to a lot of Biggby coffees for years now & this one in Holland I have been to twice now, my experience second time around was Horrible, I ordered snow mint Hot & I got cold coffee & it surely didnt taste like snow mint! Disappointed with this Biggby
