What a great company i have nothing but great things to say about it. We did have a leak that we couldn't find we called Roth Plumbing & Toilet of Texas on Friday night and they showed up first thing Saturday morning the found the leak and they fixed fast and a great price. I absolutely LOVE Roth and ALL their employees!! I have used them several times on gut out projects of single and multiple rooms. Some were water damage and other was other damages. In EVERY case they ALWAYS go above and beyond on the job. Their crews are respectful of persons and property, they clean up at the end of EACH DAY, they are ALWAYS on time or KEEP YOU IN THE LOOP, great communication and their work is incredible!

Horrible customer service. Couldn't get our PM to answer emails or calls for 2.5 weeks and then emailed the owner. Owner called claiming he knew what we were told and basically on a high horse laughing about our issue acting like he knew what our PM told us while in our house. Yet we have cameras that recorded what we were told the next steps were. Guy was totally unprofessiona, this is coming from a business owner myself and would never conduct business like that.

Terrible business ethic and even worse customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. They do not communicate and then when there is an issue they take zero responsibility. This company cares nothing for their customers. I do not recommend anyone ever working with them. They dont stand behind their workmanship. Who the heck builds a fence to a tree and decides to not tell the homeowner there is an issue? Just despicable. Then when you file a complaint against them and the owner screams at you over the phone, and gaslights you, blaming the issue on you. Just terrible customer service. I am truly disappointed in my interactions with this company. I let Jack know Id never recommend his company to anyone else and he told me fine, I wouldnt want to work with any of your friends anyway. Highly unprofessional and childish. This is the owner screaming at me! I just wanted them to finish my fencing job. They wanted me to pay them even more money. I wouldnt give them one more penny.
