I dealt with Jack Merry and Rick Warning. They sold me a 2008 Dodge Caravan that just quit running after 2 months of purchase. The vehicle was towed to the dealership to fix whatever issue was wrong and my van was in the shop for three months and they couldn't fix it so the only option we were given was to accept a replacement van with none of the options that the original purchased vehicle had. As soon as we paid off the vehicle, the engine, transmission and radiator went out and had to be replaced. The only positive of the ordeal was JD Byrider paid for a rental in between the two mini vans. I do not recommend using them to purchase a vehicle.

These guys had my car for almost 4 months and I still had to make payments then when I get there my car is still smoking would not recommend this place to anybody

Joe Pawlaczyk was very friendly, knowledgeable, and got us set up right away. All the staff here were awesome! That was a post from 6 years ago and yes the dealer was friendly. However the vehicle I received was a bad vehicle. I had to take it for repairs and the mechanics at JDB couldn't repair everything even broke the driver side door. I was without a vehicle for two weeks. When I explained that vehicle was not repaired I was told I could bring it back but not sure how long they would keep the vehicle again. Can't go without a vehicle. Couldn't afford to take it to another mechanic due to the cost of the repairs. I volunteer surrendered the vehicle at JDB. Now they are still trying to sue me.
