        Horrible company the employees are disrespectful and sarcastic make no effort to assist you even if you are a driver picking up from them they lack basic human respect and consideration would not recommend them at in point in life!!!

        No problem with customer service or techs. It’s their sales people. The one we had last name Gerbitz was incompetent and left a huge bad impression. He erroneously had several things wrong. We never received an apology from it but from his management. We wanted an apology from the incompetent person to acknowledge his screw ups. Since we did not, it just tells consumers that upper management does not their hold their people accountable or basically care. This shows me all they want is the sale and nothing else. After a year we will consider another company.
