This review is basically for the overall experience of ordering as I have not yet had a chance to print with their product. I ordered 4 rolls of PLA because their products are American made and just 1 state over from where I live. Apparently all the items I selected were backordered. I was not notified, and when I reached out to support via email to cancel my order after a week of radio silence, I received no response. Finally after a month my products arrived. Still no communication from them on support, or a email stating that my order shipped. It's not ok to take money and then go radio silent for a month. I should've been made aware that the products I ordered were backordered, and my attempted communication with support should've been answered.

I did one month subscription and that was enough for me. The two rolls of PLA that were sent to me were bad. They bags were not vacuumed sealed and the PLA is brittle. I can easily snap it. Over priced for 2 - 1KG rolls of PLA that you don't know the color. Cancelled my subscription and will not be using them again for any filament orders.

I recently purchased three ABS Koil packs from this place. The shipping was quick. The filament was vacuum sealed with desiccant. I was able to print right away with this filament. I purchased the Graphite and Fluorescent Green. I have to say, Graphite is one of the best darker gray filaments I have used. Such a good color. Also, if you don't see a color you're looking for on the Koil page. Reach out to sales. They provide most of their filaments in Koil form.

Excellent quality & color selection. I've used a lot of filament brands in my print shop, but there's something about how well Village ABS prints every time that just keeps me coming back. Plus, my niece loves their Frankenslime PLA. Of the hundreds I've bought over the years, I've had to dry maybe 3-4 rolls overnight. I did have a color issue on one order earlier this year, but I called and had it resolved in less than a half hour. And they sent me a replacement roll no questions asked, which was also pretty nice. Overall, one of the best filament providers on the market.
