This place is so disappointing. They only give you 2 day notice to come to do their 3 month check up. Very unprofessional about everything. My hours of service were cot from 40 hours to 30 hours because of the way the nuse doesn't due her job right.. I will never refer this agency to anybody ever.

Bab language barrier. Not professional at all. Of course this place was picked out by the state of ohio medicaid program what does thst tell you. Nothing good

I trusted this company to come into my home an assist me with my 28 year old son you couldn't half understand them their English is not the best they are very unprofessional my son has didnt show up one morning I had to leave work to get home with my son I called them at 7 am in the mornoing let a couple of messages I didnt reach them until bout 5pm very uncomfortable
