        Hello, I selected Comfort Ease Home care to care for my Mother .We have been with Comfort Ease Home care for a long time ,We are very happy with Comfort Ease Home care. The services they provide for my mother are impeccable. The company staff is very professional and Hands-on- and caring, My mother is very happy with the services. Unmatchable Comfort Ease Home care. They are a 5 star company.

        I wish i could put 0 stars but sadly i cant worst job i ever had. My last day working at this company one of the residencies was INFESTED with bed bugs and had one of the clients sleeping on the couch in the living room. The owner of this business was out of town and unreachable 99.9% everything was so unprofessional she stole peoples money to go to dubai and didnt give us our full bonus. Do yourself and ALL OF US a favor and pls stay away from this company.

        Owner is full of it always tryna find somebody to do her job never reachable once you do in contact she getting smart EVERYBODY sits on there phone cause there barely nothing to do at certain houses every review you notice she try to flip it on the person multiple people giving bad reviews pay attention & save yourself checks 700/800 taxes taken out leaving like 560 or less because of money shes taking out just a weird company that needs to be shut down thats why shes looking for new employees for the same houses every week cause everybody quitting on her

      We are so sorry that your experience with Comfort Ease Home Care did not meet your standards or expectations. We provide quality care to each of our clients, and we strive to hire the best caregivers to provide quality services to our clients. When crisis arise in our homes, we immediately contact the landlord and follow the proper protocol for any existing issues. Kristen Skillern you did not provide quality care to the clients you served. There were multiple complaints by all staff in the home coming to our office about you coming into the home, clocking in and sleeping on the couches and chairs daily, sitting on the couches listening to your music while your co-worker did all of the work. These reports not only came from staff on your shift, but staff reported this on other shifts you worked on. Not only did you walk off of the job but you also walk off and left 4 vunerable clients in the home alone. Everyone has a family and when you sign up to care for helpless individuals there must be some concern and compassion for their well-being. I wish you all of the best in your future endeavors and I hope no one would do your family members the way you did our clients.

      Hello, it is unfortunate that you were not pleased with our policies and procedures that you had the opportunity read, ask questions for clarity and sign when in orientation and training. We operate our company with integrity, dignity and professionalism. We understand that we cannot please everyone, and it is usually the employees who the employer does the most for or the employees who come to work and sit down, do not do the job they are being paid to do and play on their phones the whole shift while everyone else picks up the slack. You owed the company $125.00 and we deducted what you signed an agreement to pay back. We have nothing to do with the taxes you pay, our payroll company pays all of our taxes (employee taxes, unemployment taxes, etc.) your city may require you to pay taxes where you live which is not my decision to take those taxes. Unfortunately, Uncle Sam gets his off of the top. We wish you all of the best in your future endeavors.

      Hi Micaela, I find that really hard to believe because you were here for almost a year and enjoyed your job and shift. You called me out the blue on a Monday the same day of your shift and told me that you could not come to work because you did not have a babysitter, I asked you are coming tomorrow, and you said you did not know when you can come back. So of course, we had to find someone to fill your 3rd shift to take care of the clients. Weeks went by and you called asking for some work after you walk off the job, abandoned your shift and clients, as well as no communications with the office for weeks. Micaela Hicks, we wish you all of the best in your future endeavors.
