Boston Market

They were severely understaffed this Sunday at noon. We waited a long time to get our order. My wife and father in law were told no chicken pot pies were available because they did not have time to make any. Before our meals were served the staff was serving chicken pot pies to other customers. The girl behind the counter was disorganized. She failed to make sure meals were served in the same order as customers came in and placed orders. She kept disappearing into the back of the store. Two people on duty at lunch on Sunday clearly left the store short handed. I like Boston Market but this one dropped the ball all around.

Place needs a remodel and a deep clean. A hot mess. Out of food. If you go late they always look like they cleaning the back, which is awkward. Are they cooking and cleaning at the same time? Disappointing, since its a prime location.

If I didn't live so far I would come back to this Boston Market because their staff members are the nicest people I encountered, and was a very nice experience
