Curbside service was great. The customer service person was very helpful. We ordered about an hour to closing time and unfortunately the food was not at its best quality.

Ordered online @ActiveMenus.com. Only issue on that end was the beverage options were not accurate for what they had available in store. The employee at the counter was great, helpful, and great at multitasking. Food was great with the only 2 little issues being the veggies were a little more "al dente" than we would have preferred, and we didn't received sides of gravy we thought we'd get, but perhaps they were out. Overall good and we will go there again.

The food does taste good - my favorite is dark meat chicken with Mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and their delicious cornbread. Covid has hit them pretty hard. They often run out of things (both sides and types of chicken) hours before closing. Despite ordering online ahead of time, my order has not been ready the past few times I've gone to pick it up - maybe they want to ensure it's hot, but I'd rather not have to wait 5 - 20 minutes for it. Uber eats, GrubHub, etc orders are always ready and waiting, but people who ordered on their own site seem to have to wait. The website says they have turkey, but they keep telling me it's seasonal. I asked for them to substitute white meat chicken for it, and they gave me dark instead.

Have to leave a review because Liliana & Dean gave excellent customer service. They were very thorough with my order making sure I have everything I need, & overall it was a good experience. Thank you to the both of you!
