This has to one of the worst companies in existence. All of their good reviews are created from the minimum wage workers in the facility. Lord have mercy on this company, there is no way this company still thrives in the market. I have seen middle school science projects put out better signals/satellites than this company has ever. Don't even bother purchasing their special package's for internet service, you might as well use aluminum foil and toothpicks to connect to your router.

Don’t have internet 1/4 of the time. When I call they tell me it could be my router, laptop, & even went as far to tell me it was my power surge. When they do set up an appointment for someone to come out, somehow I have good internet for about 10 days. Enough time to where I call & cancel the service guy so I’m not wasting his time showing up when my internet is working. Then I no longer have good internet again.

I read through various reviews on internet service and customer support. I can definitely vouch for the customer service is less than best and my internet is very sluggish last several months. I can just about guess, that if I call and inquire, they will tell me I need to upgrade my equipment and along with the 2 year contract again. And reading responses from the Tech response team, a lot of the answers are stating they have no record of the said client, what happened, did every customer just vanish off their list? I'm seeking better ISP myself, been ongoing since not many will service certain areas.
