National Vision

One worker, who kept saying “I’m in training” alone in the store. Unable to answer questions, Unsure how to complete my order. Had to keep calling someone on the phone. When I called Robin (the manager who left the store inadequately staffed) the following morning to assure she had everything she needed, she was worse than her trainee. She insisted I had to return and provide all the information I had already completed. So frustrating for veterans to have to make multiple trips due to poor management. I will pay more to LensCrafter versus dealing with such poor customer service and incompetence.

The lady at Wright Patterson Air Force Base was totally rude to me she told me twice that the glasses I purchased from a different optical company were totally junk .
