I'm leaving 1 star because the one lady is super nice and sweet and helpful the receptionist is rude and so nasty ...I was told 2 weeks before my glasses come and it's been almost 6 ..everytime I call the lady's rude with me I'm NEVER coming back here .....

Absolutely the worst place I have ever been too in my whole life.. everyone in there is very rude , unprofessional, and they literally don't care.. I came in on Dec 27 .. they told me 2 to 4 weeks for my glasses.. I called them after 4 weeks. ..then they told me another 4 weeks and now it's March 11 and they finally came in .. they kept on telling me that they would call me when they come in .. but they never did call .. A little bit of advice .. don't waste your time or energy dealing with these ppl.. my personal opinion every single employee should be terminated.

I had to come back and fix my rating..I rated this location wrong. This location is actually my favorite that I've been to. I went to pick up my new specs yesterday, and they are amazing. These glasses are he 1st pair that have EVER properly fit my head. They don't slip and slide, or fall off my face if I look down or bend down. I can't express how pleased I truly am. I will add photo later. Thank you so very much for taking good care of me. From now on, this is the location I'm sticking with

I've been going to this place for a few years and the experience I have had has been the best. I have zero complaints.
