When this place was Eyemart I loved the place and the people. Since being bought out by PearleVision all the good people left and everything about this place has gone downhill. The new system that was put in takes forever. They try to sneak in all kinds of upcharges. They also take weeks to months to get your glasses or contacts in. Before being bought out you could get glasses same day. Also I can never get them to answer the phone to purchase contacts. They also sold me a pair of prescription sunglasses that I found out they can not adjust properly. I was told by another vision place they should have never sold me those frames for my face. Anyways I am pretty sure this is my first bad rating ever on anything. I hate giving bad ratings but I now hate PearleVision. I have no idea why they exist as a business entity.

I have been trying to get ahold of them for an hour now to simply schedule an appointment for new contacts and no one has been answering.

Hope you have plenty of time. Saw a poor lady sitting for about 20 minutes. One employee asked another why she was there and her glasses had been sitting there ready the whole time. She didn't see what I did so she probably thought it was normal. It shouldn't be.

We drive farther to visit this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with the customer service and products.

I came in to see about getting contact lenses, and to get my daughter an eye exam. The service was fantastic. The staff is friendly and engaging. The care is absolutely top-notch. I without reservation am delighted to recommend this as an optometrist to anybody looking for that kind of service. It is a place worth visiting. They take good care of you.
