Car was drifting to the right, took car in for an alignment, problem solved. Thanks to Richard for no charge on the tire rotation & balance. I've purchased three sets of tires here in the past and have always been satisfied. My hat's off to these guys for getting the service work done AND dealing with a parade of customers in person and by phone - that can't always be easy.

I don't know what these guys are talking about. I get nothing but the best service at this location. I get great tires (Continental Extreme Contact), the desk guys, James and Greg are super communicators and do what they say and get it done when they say it willl be done. Plus, the store is in a location where you eat, drink and shop at drug stores. The only thing they ae lacking is free WIFI. These guys have earned my business.
