      image Rick-the manager was very kind, but William disregarded everything I said. I needed a battery, and I had a hard start. After an initial quote of$966.10, it went up to $1400. After removing a tire, tire protection, rotation, and alignment, the bill was $1076. Two hours later, after replacing the wrong tire, and saying I needed a new battery, William wanted to charge me another $603 to correct his mistakes. Rick gets One Star.
