When I got into my car accident I thought they would help immensely on getting my time off work and what I went through payment back. They had me go to inner health chiropractor many times where I had to go during my own work time. They said the more I came the better my case looked. After months of this and telling them this service was not needed anymore and wanted paid out they gave me a whopping 100$ more than what the insurance company was going to give me months ago in the first place without dealing with anyone as the Kurgis office got the major benefit and same with the chiropractor on being paid out. I feel like I was used in my situation by this office and the chiropractor so they got all the money and benefits to my bad situation. Go anywhere else if you go through an accident.

Kevin Murphy was the name of the fella who helped me get signed up. He couldn't have been nicer. A few days later I got hooked up with a case manager named Tammie Arrasmith. Sent me a packet explaining the entire process. Also couldn't have been nicer. Finally I actually spoke to Kevin Kurgis many times over the phone. He was always willing to take my calls. Gave me his cell, told me to call him anytime of the day, 7 days a week. I think you can go to other lawyers and end up with the same monetary settlement but I doubt you will get the professionalism and courteousness that you get when you sign with Kevin Kurgis.

I'll be honest, when I got in my car accident I was terrified. I was hurt, the person who had hit me fled the scene, and my car was totaled. The best thing Kevin and Ian did for me is give me the peace of mind that my issues would be taken care and taken care of correctly. I had someone from my insurance company keep calling me and spewing information and questions at me and I was so overwhelmed. Kevin told me not to worry, I could ignore all of these calls. He told me to just make sure I sought good medical treatment until I was 100% healed and that Ian, his assistant, would take care of the details. Long story short, Kevin Kurgis was worth every penny. Just knowing I can call him if something happens in the future and he will take care of it makes me feel so much better.
