I just called to speak to someone to represent me about my Lyft accident as a passenger. The woman asked a few questions and said they can't help me. What? I already have a claim with the Lyft insurance company. So that was strange. It was probably because I am BLACK. That's fine. I called another attorney and they had no issues taking my case!

(They've only lied to me and almost impossible to talk to anyone. Wish I would've trusted them! )It's been a month since I left this review and called and emailed. Still no response, a phone call back or paperwork I was supposed to get over 2 months ago. They've brought back bad dreams from years ago. I guess its what they make the most off of. Not the people that wont make them the most money. Liars , greedy and they dont care about the human just the money. Evil

I've had a great experience so far been working with them since 2021 they don't really call and check in that much sometimes I've went months without hearing anything I've had to call multiple times to get some kind of update Carrie however was absolutely amazing she was like a friend she would call at least once a week sometimes more she was very understanding caring about everything especially everything I've been through she found resources for me and everything i needed to recover to the best i can through this hard process having to relive everything over and over again after ive suppressed them for so long bring the pain back ten times stronger i struggle everyday because of what happened to me babin law im puting my all in you I believe you will find justice that's why I'm sticking with you thank you for everything so far please don't let me down
